Refund Policy
We are pleased to provide an exchange or store credit within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for store credit or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. No refunds will be given.

If your item(s) are accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 7 days) if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Return shipping will only be paid by Seyyes clothing if the return is a result of our error (wrong merchandise received or defective item). Otherwise, the customer is responsible for all return shipping.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
To qualify for an exchange or store credit, you must meet the following requirements:
- Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed and have all tags attached. We cannot accept returns of items that have been worn, soiled damaged, and without tags still attached.
- Sales items cannot be returned for store credit.
¨ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS INCLUDE FORMAL DRESSES, , BODYSUITS, HATS, GLASSES, PURSES AND ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN MARKED AS ON SALE.
¨ We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our requirements including signs of wear, the smell of fragrances, and smoke.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
